We successfully transformed a 90,000+ square foot corporate center and car dealership into a multi-functional facility that meets modern storage and parking needs.

Key Features and Enhancements:

• Expanded Boat and RV Parking: Increased capacity to accommodate more boats and RVs, catering to growing demand.
• Boat and RV Canopy: Added a protective canopy to provide shelter for vehicles, enhancing usability and convenience.
• Utilization of Existing Components: Incorporated existing storefront features into the new design, preserving the site’s character.
• Climate-Controlled Storage Conversion: Converted the former car service area into a climate-controlled self-storage facility, maximizing the building’s functionality.
• Bathroom and Office Reuse: Reused existing bathroom locations and repurposed the former office space into additional storage units.
• Future Expansion Potential: The remaining parking area is left open for potential future expansion or can be sold as an asset.
• Energy Efficiency Upgrades: Replaced all lighting with energy-efficient options and upgraded equipment to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
