We successfully constructed a three-story climate-controlled storage building, emphasizing energy efficiency through the use of insulated metal panels.

Key features of the facility include:

• Elevator and Staircases: Designed for easy access, both the elevator and staircases are finished with elegant masonry veneer, enhancing the facility’s overall aesthetic.
• Operational Continuity: Remarkably, the project was completed without disrupting the operations of existing businesses on-site, showcasing our commitment to minimizing impact on the surrounding community.
• Site Preparation: Significant earthwork modifications were undertaken to prepare the site for the new structure. This was executed while ensuring a safe and functional environment for adjacent operations.
