We successfully transformed a 50,000 square foot trampoline park with 21-foot ceiling heights into a modern two-story self-storage facility. This innovative conversion included:

• Mezzanine Addition: The integration of a mezzanine effectively doubled the usable space, allowing for the accommodation of over 700 storage units within the revamped structure.
• Centralized Headquarters: In addition to the storage units, we developed a centralized headquarters for StorCo Property Management and Investa Group. This centralization enhances operational efficiency by bringing all offices under one roof.

This project not only maximized the building’s potential but also created a state-of-the-art self-storage facility that meets the needs of the community while improving management operations.
